Regular customer service hours: daily, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• 2.- Secure payment link via our representatives.
• 3.- Zelle or Venmo transfers (Zelle has no surcharge; Venmo has a 4% surcharge).
• 4.- International bank transfers via Wise.

Payments made by credit card, Venmo, or Wise include an additional 4% processing fee. For groups traveling beyond Miami, we offer a specialized private transportation from Miami to Orlando. Transfers to the port are also a specialty; book your PortMiami-to-airport transfer to keep your group on schedule.

Reserve with an advance payment of 50%, or choose full payment (100%). Any remaining service balance is due on the service day. Confirmation requires receipt of the chosen payment and verification of availability.

Cancellation policy

SUV and van services: cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund; cancellations with less notice are non-refundable.

Bus services: cancel at least 14 days in advance for a full refund; 7–13 days in advance for a 50% refund; less than 7 days is non-refundable. No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
