Child seats

For this service, the first child seat or booster is included at no additional cost, subject to availability and prior coordination.

Each additional child seat or booster costs USD 20 and must be requested when booking.

Planning Your Miami to Orlando Car Service

Provide your travel date, pickup time, exact pickup and destination addresses, passenger count, luggage and child-seat requirements. For an airport arrival, include the flight number. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver and share your terminal and door or exit area. Follow the meeting instructions for your assigned vehicle; the pickup level and lane can vary. Standard pickup is coordinated outside the terminal. Meet & Greet inside the terminal is an optional, separately arranged service. For a transfer to the airport, give your hotel or address and flight departure time so the pickup can be planned with an appropriate travel margin.

Waiting time and additional conditions

• International flights: up to 2 hours from actual landing time, unless a different start time is expressly agreed in your written booking confirmation.
• Domestic flights: up to 1 hour from actual landing time, unless a different start time is expressly agreed in your written booking confirmation.
• Ports: up to 1 hour from the agreed pickup time.
• Hotels: up to 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time.

After the courtesy waiting time, additional waiting is billed as one full hour at the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle category. However, this rarely happens because we coordinate pickup in advance and stay in communication with the passenger so the service can be completed in the most organized way possible.

Night service

A USD 30 nighttime surcharge applies once to Naples and Orlando transfers when the agreed pickup time is from 6:00 p.m. through 6:59 a.m., using Miami time (America/New_York). It is based on pickup time and is charged only once per transfer.

This fee applies to private rides between Miami and Orlando during evening, overnight, or early morning hours due to driver availability and special service coordination.

Payment and confirmation

Payment terms for private rides from Miami to Orlando

• Full payment (100%) is required before your reservation can be confirmed. Your booking is confirmed after full payment has been received and availability has been verified. This payment policy applies in both directions between Miami and Orlando.

The reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received and our team has sent the service confirmation.

Cancellation policy

To receive a full refund, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. A no-show or unused service is non-refundable.
