How to Book Your Charter

Step 1 — Request a Custom Quote

Start by submitting our online request form with:

  • Service date
  • Number of passengers
  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Special requirements (extra luggage, added stops, etc.)

Step 2 — Secure Your Reservation

  • Minibuses & coaches: 50% deposit to reserve. Remaining balance due 7 days before service.
  • SUVs & vans: 30% deposit at booking. Remaining balance payable on the day of service (before departure).

Flexible Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before service: full refund
  • 15–29 days before: 50% refund
  • 8–14 days before: 25% refund
  • 72 hours to 7 days before: 10% refund
  • Under 72 hours: non-refundable

Note: Policies may vary by partner/provider; confirm terms during booking.


Complimentary Waiting Time

Every reservation includes wait time based on pickup type:

  • International flights: up to 2 hours (official info)
  • Domestic flights: 1 hour
  • Cruise ports: 1 hour (cruise lines)
  • Hotels: 15–20 minutes

Overtime Charges (per additional 30 minutes)

  • SUVs: USD 30
  • Vans: USD 50
  • Minibuses: USD 100
  • Charter buses: USD 120

A 10-minute grace period applies. After that, time is billed in 30-minute increments. If the complimentary window is exceeded by more than 10 minutes, a full 30-minute charge applies.


Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

  • No alcohol consumption or meals inside vehicles; bottled water is allowed.
  • No smoking or vaping onboard (including e-cigarettes).
  • Damages or heavy cleaning due to misuse will incur repair/cleaning costs; a special cleaning fee of USD 250 may apply.

Luggage Policy

  • Typical allowance: 1 checked suitcase + 1 carry-on per traveler (vehicle capacity dependent). Extra baggage may require an additional vehicle.
  • Please verify belongings before departure; we are not responsible for items left behind.

Reservation Updates & Changes

  • Route or additional stop requests may incur extra fees and are subject to availability.
  • Contact details or time changes must be submitted at least 24 hours before the trip.

When should I book my transfer? ⏰

It’s best to confirm your booking at least 24 hours in advance to make sure we have a vehicle ready for you.

 
 

Can I request the service at the last minute? 🚗

Yes, you can try, but we can’t always guarantee availability. The safest option is to book at least 24 hours ahead.

Can I reserve with a deposit? 💳

If you book directly through our website, the system requires 100% payment in advance.

If you prefer to pay only 50% upfront and the remaining balance on the day of your service, this must be arranged manually with one of our representatives.

Can I pay everything in cash upon arrival? 💵

No. We always require a deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash to the driver on the day of the service.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation? 🔄

No problem. If you notify us at least 48 hours before your service, you’ll receive a full refund or we can reschedule your transfer — whichever works best for you.

What if I need to adjust my pick-up time? 🛫

We monitor your flight in real time, so if it’s delayed or arrives early, we’ll adjust the pick-up automatically. If you need any further changes, just let us know.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport? Do you offer Meet & Greet? 👋

One day before your trip, your driver will contact you by WhatsApp or text message. If you’d like to be met inside the terminal with a sign, you can add the Meet & Greet service for USD 20. To arrange it, please contact us directly so we can book it manually.

Do you track my flight? 📡

Yes, we follow your flight live to make sure we’re there when you land.

What happens if my flight is canceled or diverted? ✈️

Simply let us know right away, and we’ll help you reschedule or adjust your transfer.

How much waiting time is included? ⏳

Domestic flights: 1 hour from the time your flight lands
International flights: 2 hours from the time your flight lands
Hotel pick-ups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time
Cruise port pick-ups: 1 hour from the scheduled time

Once the complimentary waiting time has ended, extra waiting is charged at USD 30 per 30 minutes.

👉 Please note: We schedule the driver to arrive at the airport 30 minutes after your flight lands, giving you an extra 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

How much luggage can I bring? 🧳

SUVs usually allow one large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. Vans have additional space for larger or bulkier luggage.

Can I travel with my pet? 🐾

Yes, pets are welcome. We just ask that they travel in a carrier or with proper safety measures.

Do you provide child seats? 👶

Yes, the first child seat is free. A second one can be added for USD 20.

Am I allowed to eat or drink inside the vehicle? 🚫🥤

For safety and cleanliness reasons, food and drinks are not allowed during regular transfers. However, on long-distance trips such as Key West or Orlando, light snacks and drinks (like coffee, water, or soft drinks) are permitted.

Can I make stops along the way? 🛑

No, transfers are offered directly from your pick-up location to your destination without unscheduled stops.

Do you offer shared transfers? 🤝

No, all of our services are private and exclusively for your group.

What kind of vehicles do you have? 🚙

We operate with comfortable luxury SUVs and spacious vans for 6 to 14 passengers, all modern and air-conditioned.

What areas do you cover? 📍

We provide transfers from Miami International Airport to hotels, residences, cruise terminals, and nearby cities such as Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Naples.

Are there any additional charges? 💲

Yes, in some cases:

1. Night services between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am: USD 20
2. A second child seat: USD 20
3. Meet & Greet inside the terminal: USD 20

Do I have to tip the driver? 🙏

Tipping is not mandatory, but in the U.S. it’s customary and always greatly appreciated.

What if I’m traveling alone? 👤

The price of the transfer does not change if you’re traveling alone. The rate is the same as for a group of up to five passengers, since it involves the same vehicle, the same driver, the same travel time and waiting time, and the same toll expenses.
