Transportation to Hard Rock Stadium Miami – Hourly Service

The standard minimum for this service is 6 hours per vehicle. An event-specific minimum may apply and will be confirmed in your quote. Confirm your pickup address, start and end times, itinerary, passengers and luggage before booking. Stops and waiting are included within the reserved hours and agreed service area. Extra time or travel outside that area requires confirmation; parking, admissions and personal expenses are separate.

• SUV XL — up to 5 passengers: USD 100 per hour; six-hour package: USD 600.
• Van — up to 9 passengers: USD 120 per hour; six-hour package: USD 720.
• Van — up to 14 passengers: USD 140 per hour; six-hour package: USD 840.

• Unlimited bottled water.
• Private bilingual chauffeur (English/Spanish).
• Unlimited stops within the reserved hours and service area.

Not Included: Driver gratuity, stadium parking fees (if applicable), and trips outside the pre-confirmed service area.

Payment and confirmation

Hourly services require full payment in advance. The reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and availability has been verified.

Regular customer service hours: daily, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
• A no-show or unused service is non-refundable.
• Overtime: Delays of more than 15 minutes past the scheduled end time are billed as one additional hour.
• The first child seat or booster is included at no additional cost. Each additional unit costs USD 20 and must be requested when booking.

Service Description & Process

Travel together in one private vehicle with pickup and drop-off coordinated for the event. Your pickup and return arrangements are coordinated for the event and your group.

• Pickup: At your hotel, residence, or meeting point.
• Drop-off: Travel to the permitted drop-off area arranged for your event.
• During the event: Your chauffeur stays nearby and remains available for any changes.
• Return: Meet your chauffeur at the agreed pickup point after the event. Access and timing depend on event traffic and the designated pickup areas.
