The standard minimum for this service is 5 hours per vehicle. Confirm your pickup address, start and end times, itinerary, passengers and luggage before booking. Stops and waiting are included within the reserved hours and agreed service area. Extra time or travel outside that area requires confirmation; parking, admissions and personal expenses are separate.

Payment and confirmation

Regular customer service hours: daily, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy

• Hourly services require full payment in advance. The reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and availability has been verified.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
• A no-show or unused service is non-refundable.
• The first child seat or booster is included at no additional cost. Each additional unit costs USD 20 and must be requested when booking.

• You choose the pickup time and create your own itinerary.
• Your chauffeur waits and drives you to each next stop within the reserved time.
• Overtime rule: A 15-minute grace period applies after the scheduled end of hourly bookings. If the service exceeds that grace period, one full additional hour is charged at the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle.
