Golden Ride Miami provides private chauffeur service for weddings, concerts and corporate events in Miami. Reserve an SUV or van with an English- and Spanish-speaking driver and a confirmed schedule for your party. We coordinate pickup times, venue access, waiting and the return plan before the event, with event reservations quoted for the full time required.
Wedding transportation built around your timeline
Share the ceremony time, reception address and any photo stops before requesting a quote. We help organize transportation between the hotel, ceremony and reception so the reserved vehicle matches the people and the schedule. For separate wedding parties or guest groups, identify each movement clearly.
A chauffeured SUV or van booking does not automatically include repeated guest-shuttle loops or several vehicles. Those arrangements need a specific quote with pickup locations, group sizes and the sequence of trips.
Corporate events and evenings with a planned return
For a conference, client dinner, concert or company celebration, confirm where guests should meet and when they need to arrive. The vehicle is reserved for the agreed hours, including travel and waiting, rather than just the time passengers spend in the seats.
We plan the return pickup in advance, especially where a venue closes streets or restricts vehicle access. Your driver may wait at a nearby permitted location; access directly to the entrance cannot be guaranteed.
Parking, timing and event costs explained before booking
Event service usually requires at least six hours under the current booking terms. Send the venue and start and finish times so we can quote the appropriate block; longer events can require additional hours. Parking must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Tickets, admission, decorations, food and beverages are not part of the transportation service. The quote identifies the vehicle category, reserved duration and applicable extras, including parking arrangements and any nighttime surcharge.

Rates are per vehicle. The usual event minimum is six hours; the confirmed duration must cover your full schedule. Final pricing depends on the itinerary, distance, duration and requested extras. Vehicle model and luggage capacity are confirmed before booking.

Pago y confirmación

Can you transport guests between a wedding hotel and reception?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Send the addresses, passenger count and required trips so we can quote the appropriate vehicle or vehicles and service duration.
Does the driver stay available during the event?
For a continuous hourly booking, the driver and vehicle remain assigned during the reserved hours. Parking or a nearby permitted waiting location must be coordinated in advance.
How many hours should I reserve for an event?
The usual event minimum is six hours. Include travel, boarding, waiting and the return journey; the final duration is confirmed for your event.
Is venue parking included?
No. The customer arranges and pays for required parking. If direct venue pickup is restricted, passengers meet the vehicle at the agreed permitted point.
Can you provide several guest-shuttle trips?
Request a custom quote. Share the number of guests, each location and the proposed departure times; repeated trips or multiple vehicles are not automatically included.
Are wedding decorations or event tickets included?
No. This is private transportation with a driver. Any special arrangements require confirmation, and event admission is separate.

How do I confirm my reservation?
Send your date, pickup time and address, final destination, planned stops, passenger count and luggage. We confirm availability, the itinerary, vehicle category and price. You may pay a 50% deposit or 100% in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before service require manual confirmation.
What extra charges should I plan for?
Parking, valet, gratuities, admissions and personal expenses are separate. Hourly nighttime service between 9:00 PM and before 7:00 AM has a USD 30 surcharge per service. Requested Meet & Greet costs USD 50. Card, Venmo and Wise payments have a 4% processing fee; Zelle has no surcharge.
What if I need more time or finish early?
For hourly bookings, time begins at the agreed pickup time. Unused hours are not refundable. Extensions require coordination and availability. After the fifteen-minute grace period beyond the reserved end time, one full extra hour is charged at your vehicle category rate.
