We confirm the route and timing with you rather than treating each stop as an unrelated booking.
Appointment time, shopping time and travel all count toward the reserved hours. Tell us which appointments have fixed start times and which stops are flexible so the schedule can allow for traffic.
Shopping transportation with room for your purchases
Plan a shopping day around your preferred stores, from Lincoln Road to the Design District or Dolphin Mall within the agreed service area. Share any planned large purchases, stroller or luggage so we can recommend an SUV or van with suitable space.
If your only destination is an outlet mall and you do not need a driver available throughout the visit, a separately quoted round trip may fit better. This personal-driver service is designed for a continuous block of time and a coordinated itinerary.
Book a realistic schedule
Send your first pickup address, appointment times, planned stops and final destination. The standard minimum is five hours, with SUV XL service from USD 500 per vehicle for that block. Longer schedules and travel outside the agreed area need a specific quote.
You can request an extension if your plans change, subject to driver availability. The reserved time starts at the agreed pickup time; a delayed departure does not move the scheduled end time.

Rates are per vehicle. The standard hourly minimum is five hours; events usually require at least six hours. Final pricing depends on the itinerary, distance, duration and requested extras. Vehicle model and luggage capacity are confirmed before booking.

Can I add another stop during the day?
Ask your driver or our team before changing the route. Extra stops depend on the available time and agreed area; extensions or longer distances may change the price.
Can you drive my own car?
This service includes our arranged vehicle and driver. It is not a driver-only service for a customer’s vehicle.

How do I confirm my reservation?
Send your date, pickup time and address, final destination, planned stops, passenger count and luggage. We confirm availability, the itinerary, vehicle category and price. You may pay a 50% deposit or 100% in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before service require manual confirmation.
What extra charges should I plan for?
Parking, valet, gratuities, admissions and personal expenses are separate. Hourly nighttime service between 9:00 PM and before 7:00 AM has a USD 30 surcharge per service. Requested Meet & Greet costs USD 50. Card, Venmo and Wise payments have a 4% processing fee; Zelle has no surcharge.
What if I need more time or finish early?
For hourly bookings, time begins at the agreed pickup time. Unused hours are not refundable. Extensions require coordination and availability. After the fifteen-minute grace period beyond the reserved end time, one full extra hour is charged at your vehicle category rate.
