The main reason we request payments in advance is because we need to guarantee that you will not change your mind at last minute; but we can receive a minimum amount as a down payment to guarantee the service, and the remaining balance must be paid to the driver on the tour day at the moment you are boarding the vehicle.
The reservation is valid for the purchased day only, we make date adjustments with a maximum of 48 hours before the tour starts.
We pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at the same place, if you are staying in Miami Beach. (We offer to pick you up at an additional cost by private transportation at any hotel in Miami Dade.)
The duration of the complete tour is approximately 6 hours (sea and land). The boat ride takes an hour and a half.
Yes, you can pay onboard, but we prefer that you have a confirmed reservation with a full balance paid. This way we will avoid unscrupulous people trying to cheat you while you wait for us at your hotel or the meeting point.
Yes, if your hotel is located on Collins Avenue. Otherwise, we will ask you to come to the meeting point closest to your location.
All tours will continue to operate as normal, unless the City or County authorities determine that there is a life threating, due to inclement weather. In that case, we will reschedule your trip or refund the full value of your reservation.
You can make your reservation up to one year in advance. The minimum time to accept a reservation is 12 hours, but if you are interested in scheduling with less time, please contact one of our representatives via WhatsApp, so they can do your reservation manually.
We require you to wait for the vehicle on the main avenue please, because due to the size of the vehicle we cannot easily access ramps or hotel entrances.
