Service Overview

Planning a shopping day at Sawgrass Mills? Our shared shuttle is the easiest and most affordable way to get there from Miami Beach or Downtown Miami—no car rental, no parking stress, and no surprises. You’ll ride with other shoppers on scheduled departures and a guaranteed return.

We offer two pick-up schedule options:

First schedule: Pick-up between 8:30–9:30 AM. Return pick-up at the mall: 5:00 PM.
Second schedule: Pick-up between 9:40–10:40 AM. Return pick-up at the mall: 9:00 PM.

On weekends, we only operate the second schedule: pick-up between 9:40–10:40 AM, with return pick-up at 9:00 PM.

On Sundays, the return pick-up is at 8:00 PM.

Travel Time

Between 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

FAQs

How do I share my details and preferences when booking online? 🛒

When booking online, in addition to the usual details, please select one of the two available time slots and enter the address of the place where you will be staying. This allows us to send you the exact meeting point afterward—either at your hotel or at a nearby meeting spot—along with your pickup time.

If you prefer to pay in cash, please contact us by text message or email so one of our representatives can assist you with a manual reservation.

Please note that if payment has not been completed here, your service is not yet confirmed.

Can I book for tomorrow at any time? ⏰

To maintain service quality, bookings made less than 24 hours in advance must be arranged directly with one of our representatives (available 8 AM–9 PM daily).

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Any requests received outside of these hours will be answered the following day.

How and when do I pay if I decide to pay in cash? 💵

You can pay in cash at the time of boarding the vehicle if that is your preferred payment method.

For private services, we require a 50% deposit in advance. No exceptions.

Does the USD 35 cover both the outbound and return trips? 💰

Yes! That rate includes round-trip service to and from the same pick-up point with no extra fees.

When should I be ready before pick-up? ⏱️

We recommend you be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled time. For return trips from Sawgrass Mills, please arrive 10 minutes early.

Can I take the service at 9:00 AM and return at 9:00 PM? ⏰

Unfortunately, no. For logistical reasons, we are not able to accommodate that request. We currently only offer the two available time slots.

Can I cancel or change my reservation? 🔄

Of course—just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, and you’ll receive a full refund if you’ve already prepaid.

Can I book only the one-way service, either outbound or return? 🚐

Unfortunately, no. The seat reserved in the morning is also held for the same passenger in the afternoon. If you choose to take only one part of the service, the price remains the same: USD 35.

Can I pay by credit card aboard the shuttle? 💳

We do not accept onboard card payments. If you’d like to pay by card, please do so in advance on our website or via the link we provide.

Can I choose the 9:00 AM departure with a 9:00 PM return? 🕘

Absolutely—if there’s availability. Just let us know your preference via WhatsApp during business hours.

Where do we meet at Sawgrass Mills? 📍

Look for us at the PRIMARK exit onto the street. Please arrive 10 minutes early to avoid missing your return ride.

What happens if I’m late to the meeting point? 🚨

As this is a shared service, we cannot wait beyond the scheduled departure. If you miss the shuttle, you’ll need to arrange your own return.

What is the luggage policy? 🧳

Each guest may bring one suitcase up to 23 kg. Any excess luggage must be transported separately.

Can I bring strollers or foldable wheelchairs? ♿

Absolutely—we welcome baby strollers and foldable wheelchairs at no extra charge.

Am I allowed to bring food or drinks on the shared shuttle? ❓

Unfortunately, no. Eating or drinking inside the vehicle is not permitted, as the shuttle must remain clean and ready for passengers throughout the day.
