Booking and Cancellation

1. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
2. This service often fills up quickly, especially on weekends, holidays, and during high season.
3. The reservation is valid only for the selected date.
4. You may change the date with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
5. You may cancel with a refund if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Reservations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to confirmation.
7. If the passenger has not received written confirmation, the reservation is not yet considered confirmed and may be rescheduled.
8. The reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and availability has been verified.
9. A no-show or unused service is non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

1. The excursion operates in light or moderate rain.
2. It is canceled only in the event of official weather warnings.
3. Schedules may be adjusted slightly due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

Reservation Hours
