Booking and Cancellation

3. The reservation is valid only for the selected date.
4. Date changes are possible with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
5. Cancellations with refund are allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Reservations made with less than 24 hours’ notice remain subject to confirmation.
7. If written confirmation has not been sent, the reservation is not yet considered fully confirmed and may be rescheduled.
8. The booking is considered confirmed once availability has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Weather Conditions

1. The excursion operates in light or moderate rain.
2. It is canceled only in the event of official weather warnings.
3. Schedules may be adjusted slightly due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

Reservation Hours

1. Booking assistance is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., every day.
2. Messages received during those hours are answered in the order received.
3. Messages received outside those hours are answered the following day, in the order received.
