Wait outside at your confirmed stop. The shared service uses a black minibus identified with Sawgrass Mills Outlet lettering; have your digital voucher ready so the driver can check your reservation.

Booking and payment
Online bookings and bookings paid through a payment link require full payment in advance. Alternatively, you may pay in cash when boarding only if your service has been booked in advance and confirmed by one of our representatives. Cash payment is not available for walk-up passengers without a confirmed reservation.
You can pay through our website or a secure payment link from our team. Website and payment-link transactions, Venmo and Wise carry a 4% processing fee. Zelle has no surcharge; contact us for payment instructions. Credit cards are not accepted when boarding.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows, missed departures and unused portions of the service are non-refundable.
Luggage and folding items
Each passenger may bring one suitcase weighing up to 23 kg. Excess luggage must be transported separately. Contact us before booking if you expect to exceed this allowance; the service may be cancelled if you arrive with more luggage than permitted.
Foldable strollers and folding wheelchairs are accepted at no extra charge. Let our team know before travel if you will bring one or need further information about boarding.

What happens if I buy another suitcase or bring more luggage than allowed?
Additional suitcases or oversized items are accepted only if space is available.
If there is insufficient space for your extra luggage, you will be denied boarding with that luggage and must arrange and pay for your own alternative transportation.
Purchasing additional luggage does not guarantee space for it on the return shuttle.
Can I leave my suitcase or purchases inside the vehicle while I shop?
No. You must take all your belongings with you when you arrive at Sawgrass Mills. The shuttle does not provide luggage or shopping-bag storage during your visit.
Can I bring a stroller on the Sawgrass Mills shuttle?
Yes. Foldable strollers are accepted at no extra charge. Please tell our team in advance so we can coordinate space.
Can I bring a wheelchair, including a folding wheelchair?
No. The shared shuttle cannot transport wheelchairs, including folding wheelchairs, and does not provide a space where a passenger can travel seated in a wheelchair.

The service provides shared transportation on a scheduled route. It does not include an in-mall guide, custom pickup addresses, or additional stops.
