At Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, we offer reliable group transportation across South Florida. Whether you’re traveling with a small or large group, our fleet includes luxury SUVs, 12- to 14-passenger vans, 20-seat minibuses, and full-size buses with up to 54 seats—ideal for any occasion.
To get started, fill out our online request form and provide:
Desired service date
Number of guests
Pickup and destination addresses
Any additional needs (extra luggage, multiple stops, etc.)
Once our quote is approved:
Minibuses and charter buses require a 50% deposit. Final payment must be received at least 7 days before the service.
SUVs and passenger vans require a 30% deposit, with the rest payable on the day of transport before departure.
Reserve a mini bus or charter vehicle in Miami
We know travel can be unpredictable. Our cancellation terms are:
30+ days in advance: Full refund
15–29 days in advance: 50% refund
8–14 days: 25% refund
72 hours to 7 days: 10% refund
Under 72 hours: Non-refundable
Note: Certain partners may have slightly different conditions. Always confirm during booking.
We include wait time in all transfers:
International arrivals: Up to 2 hours (check flight info)
Domestic flights: 1 hour
Cruise ports: 1 hour (cruise line details here)
Hotel pickups: 15–20 minutes
Delays beyond these timeframes will be charged as follows (per 30 minutes):
SUVs: $30
Vans: $50
Minibuses: $100
Charter buses: $120
A 10-minute grace period applies. Charges begin after that, in 30-minute blocks.
To ensure comfort for all:
Eating & drinking alcohol is not permitted inside vehicles. Bottled water is fine.
Smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden.
Damages or extra cleaning caused by misuse will result in charges. A cleaning fee of $250 USD will apply if necessary.
Each traveler may bring one standard suitcase and one carry-on. Extra luggage may require booking a second vehicle.
Please check the vehicle before leaving—we are not responsible for forgotten items.
Route or stop changes during the ride may incur extra charges and depend on vehicle availability.
Updated contact details or service times must be submitted at least 24 hours before the trip.
