Sawgrass Shuttle – Shared Round Trip from Miami

The shared shuttle costs $35 per person, round trip. You travel with other passengers from your selected pickup point to Sawgrass Mills and return on the schedule chosen when booking.

Yes. The $35 fare includes transportation to Sawgrass Mills and back to your original pickup point, on your booked schedule.

Yes. You can reserve only the outbound or return trip, but the price remains $35 per person because your seat would otherwise travel empty in the other direction.

Children under 2 travel free when seated on an adult’s lap. Passengers ages 2 and older pay the standard $35 round-trip fare.

The shared shuttle does not offer a 50% deposit option. Online bookings and reservations paid through a payment link require full payment.

Cash payment when boarding is available only when the service has been booked in advance and confirmed by one of our representatives.

You can pay through our website or arrange a reservation with our team and pay through a secure payment link.

Website and payment-link transactions, Venmo, and Wise carry a 4% processing fee. Zelle has no surcharge; contact our team for instructions.

You may also pay cash to the driver when boarding, provided your service has been booked in advance and confirmed by one of our representatives. Credit cards are not accepted when boarding.

For bookings paid online or through a payment link, you will receive a booking voucher by email. Show it to the driver when boarding.

For a reservation arranged with our team for cash payment when boarding, no voucher is issued.

In both cases, the driver will have your name on the passenger list and will ask for you upon arriving at your selected pickup point.

Pickup is available only at the hotels and meeting points listed on this page and in the booking form.

Select the exact location and address when reserving. Being within Miami Beach or near the shuttle route does not automatically mean that an address has pickup service.

No. Only the hotels and meeting points on the pickup list are included, even if your hotel is on Collins Avenue.

If your hotel is not listed, choose a designated pickup point and make your own way there.

We use only the pickup points listed in the booking form. If your Airbnb, apartment, or residential address is not listed, you must go to one of the designated meeting points.

Yes. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to use it as your designated pickup point. This is common among passengers staying at nearby hotels, apartments, or Airbnbs.

Select that point when booking and be ready outside at the scheduled time.

The Downtown Miami meeting point is YVE Hotel, 146 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami.

Approximate pickup times are:

• First schedule: 8:10–8:15 a.m., Monday to Friday.
• Second schedule: 9:50–10:00 a.m., daily.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of your pickup window.

No. This shared shuttle does not offer pickup at Miami International Airport, Brickell, Doral, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, or Fort Lauderdale.

You can join at one of the listed pickup points in Miami Beach or Downtown Miami. Contact us if you need help choosing a meeting point.

Select your date, passenger count, schedule, and pickup point when booking. Check the exact name, address, and pickup time in your reservation details.

For reservations arranged manually, our representative will confirm these details with you.

Be ready outside at your confirmed pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If a time window is listed, arrive 10 minutes before it begins.

Do not wait for a personal call or message from the driver. The driver will ask for your name upon arrival, but you must already be at the meeting point.

Pickup times may vary with traffic and stops along the shared route.

There are two schedules from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, only the second schedule operates.

Check availability for your selected date, including holidays and special dates.

The first schedule operates Monday to Friday, with approximate pickups between 8:10 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The return shuttle leaves Sawgrass Mills at 5:00 p.m.

The second schedule operates daily, with approximate pickups between 9:50 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. The return shuttle leaves at 9:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 8:00 p.m. on Sundays.

Your exact pickup time depends on the location you select. Return times are departures from Sawgrass Mills, not arrival times in Miami.

No. The outbound and return trips must belong to the same booked schedule. You cannot combine the first schedule’s morning pickup with the second schedule’s evening return.

The journey takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes after the last passenger has been picked up, depending on traffic.

If you board earlier along the route, allow additional time for the remaining pickups.

You will have free time from your arrival at the mall until your booked return departure. The amount of shopping time depends on your selected schedule, the pickup route, and traffic.

You can explore the stores and restaurants independently. Plan to reach the return meeting point 10 minutes before departure.

Meet outside Primark, facing the street, at least 10 minutes before your booked departure time.

This is the return meeting point for all passengers. The shuttle does not collect passengers from other stores or mall entrances.

No. You must return on the schedule selected when booking. Same-day return changes are not permitted because seats are arranged for each departure.

No. You will be dropped off at the same point where you were picked up. A different hotel or drop-off address is not included in the shared service.

The shared shuttle cannot wait for late passengers. Be ready at your pickup point and at the Primark return meeting point 10 minutes before departure.

If you miss either departure, the unused service is non-refundable, and you must arrange and pay for your own alternative transportation.

Each passenger may bring one suitcase weighing up to 23 kg, plus shopping bags that can be held on their lap.

Keep this allowance in mind when planning your purchases.

Additional suitcases or oversized items are accepted only if space is available.

If there is insufficient space for your extra luggage, you will be denied boarding with that luggage and must arrange and pay for your own alternative transportation.

Purchasing additional luggage does not guarantee space for it on the return shuttle.

No. You must take all your belongings with you when you arrive at Sawgrass Mills. The shuttle does not provide luggage or shopping-bag storage during your visit.

Yes. Foldable strollers are accepted at no extra charge. Please tell our team in advance so we can coordinate space.

No. The shared shuttle cannot transport wheelchairs, including folding wheelchairs, and does not provide a space where a passenger can travel seated in a wheelchair.

If you have a folding wheelchair, please contact us to discuss whether a private transportation service can accommodate your needs.

Shopping, personal purchases, water, food, and drinks are not included. Tips for the driver are optional.

The service provides shared transportation on a scheduled route. It does not include an in-mall guide, custom pickup addresses, or additional stops.

No. Eating and drinking are not permitted on board. Please plan your meals and refreshments before boarding or during your time at the mall.

A discount coupon booklet may be available on the day of your trip, subject to availability. It is not guaranteed with every reservation.

Yes. The shuttle operates when it rains. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup point and follow your booked return schedule.

Yes. You can request a private Sawgrass Mills transportation quote for your party, with a pickup address and return time agreed in advance.

Private transportation has a separate per-vehicle price and is not included in the $35 shared-shuttle fare.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable. No-shows, missed departures, and unused portions of the service are also non-refundable.

Yes. Contact our team to request a different date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before service, you will not receive a refund, even if your preferred replacement date is unavailable.
