If you are traveling with extra luggage, large suitcases, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, boxes, shopping bags, or bulky items, please let us know before booking so we can confirm if the assigned vehicle has enough space or if a larger vehicle is required.

For services starting at Fort Lauderdale Airport, we stay in communication with the passenger after landing. Once the passenger has collected luggage and shares the exit door or pickup area, we coordinate the vehicle approach according to airport rules and daily operations.

When appropriate, we may suggest starting the courtesy waiting time a little after the flight lands instead of immediately at landing time. For example, the waiting period may begin 30 minutes after arrival, giving passengers additional time for immigration, luggage, or airport exit before the courtesy waiting time starts. This must be coordinated before the service.

Pickup Coordination at Port Everglades

For pickups at Port Everglades, the passenger should contact us once disembarkation is complete and luggage has been collected. We then coordinate the vehicle approach according to the terminal, port operation, and passenger instructions.

Pickup Coordination at Miami Cruise Port

For pickups from Miami Cruise Port to Fort Lauderdale, we will send instructions before the service. The passenger should contact us once disembarkation is complete and luggage has been collected.

After that, we coordinate the vehicle approach according to the terminal and cruise port operation.

Courtesy Waiting Time

• International flights: up to 2 hours from landing or from the time indicated by the passenger.
• Domestic flights: up to 1 hour from landing or from the time indicated by the passenger.
• Ports: up to 1 hour from the agreed pickup time.
• Hotels, residences, train stations, offices, or vacation rentals: up to 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time.

After the courtesy waiting time, extra waiting time has an additional charge of USD 30 for every 30 minutes.

Night Service Fee

Services between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. have a USD 20 night service fee.

• Credit card directly through our website: 4% processing fee applies.
• Credit card through a payment link sent by one of our agents: 4% processing fee applies.
• Venmo: 4% processing fee applies.
• Wise: 4% processing fee applies.
• Cash: available for remaining balances or future trips, when applicable.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before we proceed with the reservation.

The remaining 50% may be paid in cash or by card at the end of the first service, according to the conditions confirmed at the time of booking.

The reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received and our team has sent the service confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made outside that period may be non-refundable due to vehicle reservation, driver assignment, and operational planning.

Important Conditions

• The service is private and exclusive for the passengers listed in the reservation.
• The published rates apply to private transfers between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Cruise Port.
• Additional stops, route changes, or multiple pickup addresses must be requested and quoted before confirmation.
• Luggage information must be accurate so we can assign the proper vehicle.
• Availability depends on date, time, route, number of passengers, luggage, and daily operation.
