Miami International Airport to PortMiami Transfer Rates

One-way private transfer rates between Miami International Airport and the Miami Cruise Terminal:

• 1 to 5 passengers: USD 80.
  Service in an XL SUV, such as a Ford Expedition, Chevrolet Suburban, or similar.
• 6 to 9 passengers: USD 140.
  Service in a van-type vehicle for up to 9 passengers, such as a Ford Transit or similar.
• 10 to 14 passengers: USD 180.
  Service in a 14-passenger executive unit with extra space, such as a Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or similar.

These rates apply only to private transfers within the tourist, financial, and urban areas of Miami. Miami International Airport and the Miami Cruise Terminal are within our regular service area.

Services to Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Kendall, or other areas outside our regular service zone must be quoted separately based on route, schedule, number of passengers, luggage, and vehicle required.

If you are traveling with extra luggage, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, shopping bags, boxes, or bulky items, please let us know before booking so we can confirm the most suitable vehicle.

Luggage and child seats

Luggage

The listed rates consider:

• 1 suitcase up to 23 kg per person.
• 1 carry-on size suitcase per person.

If you are traveling with additional luggage, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, shopping bags, boxes, or oversized items, please let us know before confirming the reservation so we can verify available space.

Child seats

For this service, 1 child seat is included at no additional cost, subject to availability and prior coordination.

Starting with the second child seat, an additional charge of USD 20 applies per seat.

Private MIA to PortMiami Transfer Planning

Provide your travel date, pickup time, exact pickup and destination addresses, passenger count, luggage and child-seat requirements. For an airport arrival, include the flight number. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver and share your terminal and door or exit area. Follow the meeting instructions for your assigned vehicle; the pickup level and lane can vary. Standard pickup is coordinated outside the terminal. Meet & Greet inside the terminal is an optional, separately arranged service. For a transfer to the airport, give your hotel or address and flight departure time so the pickup can be planned with an appropriate travel margin. Include your cruise ship name, terminal if available and boarding schedule so the PortMiami drop-off can be coordinated. Allow a margin for flight arrival, baggage collection, traffic and cruise check-in.

Waiting time and additional conditions

Courtesy waiting time

• International flights: up to 2 hours from actual landing time, unless a different start time is expressly agreed in your written booking confirmation.
• Domestic flights: up to 1 hour from actual landing time, unless a different start time is expressly agreed in your written booking confirmation.
• Ports: up to 1 hour from the agreed time, if the service corresponds to a port pickup.
• Hotels, residences, train stations, or vacation rentals: up to 15 minutes from the agreed time.

After the courtesy waiting time, additional waiting is billed as one full hour at the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle category.

Night service

A USD 30 nighttime surcharge applies once per local transfer when the agreed pickup time is from 9:00 p.m. through 6:59 a.m., using Miami time (America/New_York). It is based on pickup time, not on whether another part of the ride occurs at night.

This charge applies to private transportation services in Miami during late-night or early-morning hours due to driver availability and special coordination of the service.

Payment and confirmation

Payment Terms for Miami Airport to Cruise Terminal Transportation

After availability is agreed, you may book this private transfer with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% stays due under the payment arrangements confirmed directly with our team. The total service price is unchanged, and full payment is also available. Your booking is confirmed after the required payment has been received and availability has been verified.

Cancellation policy

To receive a full refund, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. A no-show or unused service is non-refundable.
