Yes. The USD 35 fare includes shared transportation to Sawgrass Mills and back on your booked schedule. The return trip takes you back to your original pickup point, according to your reservation. If you only need one leg of the trip, contact our team before booking.

Children under 2 years old travel free when seated on an adult’s lap. The standard fare for other passengers is USD 35 round trip. Contact our team before completing your booking if you are traveling with an infant, so we can confirm the passenger details.

Yes. Book in advance and select your date, number of passengers, schedule and pickup location in the booking form. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance require manual confirmation. For an upcoming departure, contact our team to check availability.

There are two schedules from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, only the second schedule operates. Check the booking form for availability on your travel date, including holidays and special dates.

The meeting point is YVE Hotel, 146 Biscayne Blvd, Miami. Approximate pickup is 8:10–8:15 AM for the first schedule and 9:50–10:00 AM for the second schedule. Be at the pickup point you selected when booking, ready 10 minutes early.

Pickup is available at the hotels and locations listed in the booking dropdown, from South Beach to the 75th Street area. These include selected locations on Collins Avenue, Ocean Drive, Washington Avenue, James Avenue and nearby streets.

Select the exact name and address in the form. Not every hotel or address in a covered neighborhood is included. The map provides examples by area; your confirmed pickup point takes precedence.

Pickup at an Airbnb, apartment or residential address is not guaranteed. If your location does not appear in the form, you will need to go to an available pickup point confirmed by our team.

This shuttle does not pick up in MIA, Brickell, Doral, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles Beach or Fort Lauderdale. If you are staying outside the route, contact us before booking to find a suitable meeting point.

The first schedule operates Monday to Friday, with the return shuttle leaving Sawgrass Mills at approximately 5:00 PM.

The second schedule is available on all operating days. The return shuttle leaves at approximately 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday and 8:00 PM on Sundays. Only the second schedule operates on weekends.

Your morning pickup time depends on the hotel or location you select. Return times are departures from the mall, not arrival times in Miami.

Be ready at your confirmed pickup point 10 minutes before your pickup time. Do not wait for a personal call or message from the driver: this shared service follows a scheduled route. Go directly to your selected pickup point and board when the vehicle arrives.

The published travel time is approximately 60 minutes, as a guide. It varies with traffic, your pickup location and the stops needed to collect other passengers. This is not a guaranteed arrival time at the mall. Once pickups are complete, the vehicle continues to Sawgrass Mills.

Meet outside Primark, facing the street. Be there 10 minutes before the departure time for your booked schedule.

This is the fixed meeting point for all passengers. Return pickups are not offered at other mall entrances or stores.

No. You must return on the schedule selected when booking. Same-day return changes are not permitted because seats are arranged for each departure. Choose the schedule that gives you the time you want at the mall.

This shared shuttle cannot wait for late passengers. Be ready at your selected pickup point and at Primark for the return 10 minutes before departure.

If you miss a pickup or the return shuttle, the unused service is non-refundable. You must arrange and pay for your own alternative transportation.

One suitcase up to 23 kg per passenger is allowed. Read the luggage conditions and contact us before booking if you expect to bring more.

Yes, foldable items are accepted without an extra charge. Tell us in advance so we can coordinate boarding and space; see the luggage conditions.

Personal purchases, water, food and drinks are not included. Eating and drinking are not permitted on board. Tips for the driver are optional. The service uses scheduled pickup points and times; custom pickups or drop-offs outside the route are not included.

Yes. After arriving at Sawgrass Mills, you can plan your shopping and meals independently until your booked return departure. Use the mall’s official directory and map, and leave enough time to reach Primark 10 minutes before the shuttle leaves.
