• If a passenger arrives late to the pickup point, they will lose their service.
• If a passenger arrives late to the return meeting point at Sawgrass Mills Mall, they will lose their seat and must arrange and pay for their own return transportation.

• We reserve the right to cancel the service if the passenger arrives with more luggage than allowed.
