Rates and vehicle options

• Up to 5 passengers (XL SUV): USD 180. This shopping-transfer capacity is subject to reduced luggage and prior confirmation.
• Up to 9 passengers (Van): USD 250
• Up to 14 passengers (Large Van): USD 300

What’s included

• Private round-trip transportation in an SUV or van.
• Pickup and return at the approved hotel, residence, or private address.
• Fuel, regular tolls, and taxes.
• Bilingual driver service in English and Spanish.
• The first child seat or booster is included at no additional cost. Each additional unit costs USD 20 and must be requested when booking.

Additional conditions

For SUV and van services on all routes, including Orlando, Naples, West Palm Beach and Key West, a USD 30 nighttime surcharge applies when the agreed pickup time is from 9:00 p.m. through 6:59 a.m., Miami time (America/New_York). It is based on pickup time and charged once per service.

Payment and confirmation

Payment and Service Policies

Reserve with an advance payment of 50%, or choose full payment (100%). Any remaining service balance is due on the service day. Confirmation requires receipt of the chosen payment and verification of availability.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Zelle: no surcharge.
• Credit or debit card, Venmo, and Wise: 4% surcharge.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. A no-show or unused service is non-refundable.

Travel in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle with a bilingual driver. Your driver drops you off at Dolphin Mall and returns to collect you at the agreed time for transportation back to your original approved location.
