Private mall transportation
A direct ride from your confirmed address
Arrange pickup at hotels, homes, condominiums or Airbnb properties in Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown and Coral Gables. Send the address when requesting your trip. Kendall, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Hallandale require route review and may carry a surcharge.
Your destination is Sawgrass Mills, 12801 W Sunrise Boulevard, Sunrise. The driver drops your party at the mall, leaves and comes back at the agreed return time; the vehicle does not wait throughout your shopping day.
Set the schedule before you shop
Choose your requested times
Tell us when you would like to leave and return. Both times are agreed before service, subject to availability.
Changing the return
Request a different return time at least 3 hours ahead. A change is effective only after written approval and depends on availability.
Pickup waiting
The first 15 minutes are complimentary. Extra waiting costs $30 for each additional 30 minutes, subject to availability. Absence without communication may be recorded as a completed, nonrefundable service.
Bring your party and plan your shopping space
The first child seat is free when requested and confirmed in advance. Additional seats cost $20 each and depend on availability.
Tell us about suitcases, strollers, folding wheelchairs or oversized items before reserving. Luggage and shopping-bag space varies with passenger count and the assigned vehicle. Listed vehicle models are examples; a comparable vehicle may be provided.
Reservation conditions
Confirm your trip and review the terms
50% deposit
Confirm availability with the team, then arrange a 50% deposit to reserve the date and vehicle. The remaining 50% is due at the mall drop-off, when the driver leaves your party there, rather than at the evening return.
Payment methods
Zelle carries no additional fee. Credit or debit card, Venmo and Wise payments carry a 4% processing fee. Coordinate payment securely with the team.
48-hour cancellation window
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations inside that period and no-shows are nonrefundable.

Will other passengers share our vehicle?
No. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for the party on your booking.
Is the displayed rate per person?
No. Each rate covers the vehicle for the stated passenger category, with round-trip transportation.
What should I send when requesting availability?
Send the date, passenger count, pickup address, preferred schedule and luggage details. Final arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Can I arrange my trip in Spanish?
Yes. Our team provides English and Spanish assistance for reservations and trip coordination.
