This is a private transportation service, not an all-inclusive island tour. Key West attraction tickets, guided activities, meals and transportation between local sights are arranged separately.
Plan the Florida Keys route before you travel
Send your preferred departure time, exact pickup address and any stops you would like considered. Reasonable route stops can be coordinated in advance; requests that substantially extend the journey or operating time may require a revised quote.
Agree on the day as a complete Miami–Key West–Miami itinerary. The scenic road journey and your independent island visit need to fit the return arrangements confirmed for your reservation.
Enjoy independent time after your central Key West arrival
Your private ride takes you to a central drop-off, where you begin exploring on your own. The vehicle is released after arrival and returns for the agreed journey to Miami; it does not remain at your disposal throughout the visit.
Choose your island activities with the return meeting time in mind. A private road vehicle does not include local attraction transfers or an hourly chauffeur service unless separately arranged.
Choose the vehicle category for the whole group
The published round-trip categories cover one to five, six to nine, or ten to fourteen passengers. The rate belongs to the reserved vehicle category rather than being charged for each traveler.
Include all passengers, luggage details and special requirements when requesting availability. For fifteen or more people, ask for a group proposal so the vehicle arrangement and itinerary can be reviewed together.

50% advance payment
After your quote and availability are approved, reserve with an advance payment of 50% or pay in full. Any remaining service balance is due on the service day.
Payment methods
Zelle carries no additional fee. Credit or debit card, Venmo and Wise payments carry a 4% processing fee. Coordinate payment securely with the team.
48-hour cancellation window
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations inside that period and no-shows are nonrefundable.

The listed vehicle rates are USD 1,000 for one to five passengers, USD 1,200 for six to nine and USD 1,400 for ten to fourteen. Confirm the address, itinerary and availability before reserving.
Can you collect our group at our Miami accommodation?
Pickup is at one Miami-area address confirmed in advance. Provide the full address with your date, passenger count and preferred schedule so the trip can be reviewed.
Can we request stops while traveling through the Florida Keys?
Reasonable route stops can be agreed before departure. Stops that substantially extend the route or operating time may require a revised quotation.
Does our private driver stay with us around Key West?
No. The vehicle is released after the central drop-off and returns for the agreed ride to Miami. Local attraction rides and hourly availability are not included.
Are Key West activities and admission tickets included?
No. Tours, attractions, meals, local island transport and other personal expenses are separate from the private transportation rate.
Can we reserve a private vehicle as a couple?
Yes. A couple or solo traveler can reserve the first passenger category. The quoted rate is for the reserved vehicle, not a shared per-person ticket.
What do you need to confirm our private day trip?
Send the date, full passenger count, pickup address, preferred departure and return times, luggage details and requested stops. Final arrangements are confirmed in writing, with assistance in English and Spanish.
