Rates and vehicle options

Private round-trip rates per vehicle:

SUV, 1–5 passengers: USD 1,000.
Van, 6–9 passengers: USD 1,200.
Large van, 10–14 passengers: USD 1,400.

The SUV rate is the same for one to five passengers. Vehicle selection depends on passenger count, luggage and child seats.

The first child seat or booster is included at no extra charge. Each additional seat costs USD 20 and must be requested when booking.

This service covers transportation only. Kennedy Space Center admission tickets are not included and must be purchased separately. Driver gratuity and personal purchases are not included.

Pickup and visit planning

Pickup can be coordinated from Miami Beach, Downtown Miami or PortMiami. Send the exact address or cruise terminal, service date, passenger count, luggage and requested pickup time.

Allow approximately 3.5 hours of driving each way, depending on traffic and the agreed route. You may stay at the visitor complex as long as you wish during its opening hours. Coordinate your return pickup time and meeting point with your driver.

Short stops for restrooms or refreshments may be arranged in advance. Other stops or changes to the route must be quoted.

Report large suitcases, strollers, folding wheelchairs and bulky items before confirmation. Light snacks and drinks are permitted on this long-distance trip.

Payment and cancellation

Reserve with an advance payment of 50%, or choose full payment (100%). Any remaining service balance is due on the service day. Confirmation requires receipt of the chosen payment and verification of availability.

Credit or debit card, Venmo and Wise payments carry a 4% processing fee. Zelle has no surcharge.

Bookings made less than 24 hours before departure require manual availability confirmation.

For SUV and van bookings, cancellation at least 48 hours before service receives a full refund. Later cancellations, no-shows and unused services are non-refundable.

Is this a shared tour?

This Kennedy Space Center service is private. Your group has its own vehicle. Golden Ride Miami also offers separate shared excursions to Everglades, Key West and Sawgrass Mills.

Are admission tickets included?

No. The published rates cover private round-trip transportation only. Kennedy Space Center admission tickets must be purchased separately.

How much time can we spend at Kennedy Space Center?

You may spend as long as you wish at Kennedy Space Center during its opening hours. We do not set a time limit for your visit. Coordinate your return pickup with your driver.

Can we request child seats or bring extra luggage?

Yes. Send the required seats and luggage count before booking so we can select a suitable vehicle; the inclusions section explains the child-seat charges.

Can I bring a pet?

Contact us before booking to coordinate safe vehicle transport in a carrier or with appropriate restraints, and to confirm the destination’s admission arrangements. Transport permission does not establish admission to the visitor complex.
