Your chauffeur arrives at the scheduled time and remains with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Need more time? Simply extend at the same hourly rate. Delays exceeding 20 minutes past the contracted end time are billed as one full additional hour.
One child seat for children under 5 is included upon request. Additional seats are available for USD 20 each, subject to availability.

For this service we require the full payment in advance for the total hours you initially hired us. If you exceed the number of hours, we will charge you the remaining balance in cash on the service day.
For example:
If you hire us for 5 hours and you extend to 7 hours, you would have to pay for the 2 extra hours on that day. The payment method is in cash payable to the driver at the end of our services.
We accept credit and debit cards through a payment link. We accept bank transfers and Zelle also.
In some cases we have to add 4% on credit card payments, due to the commission charged by the bank platform.

The service starts at the agreed time, so we suggest you that the service be scheduled at least one hour after the planned departure or arrival time. This way you will leverage your time on board of our vehicles

On domestic flights we wait up to 1 hour from the time your flight lands. Normally the passenger leaves within 30 minutes.

To drive you from your hotel to the airport, we offer 15 minutes of waiting time at the hotel, normally the passenger is ready when we arrive.
It is important to let you know that your driver will be in contact with you a day before, we offer our services before your arrival.
You will have a very wide range of travel, but not within the whole Florida. You can travel as far as: South of Miami, Coral Gables; to the North, Aventura; and to the West, Dolphin Mall.
For other type of services such as trips to Orlando, Sawgrass Mills, Naples, etc., we will be happy to provide you with an additional quote.

For the other categories we will offer you a vehicle of the same range you selected, but a different brand. For example: Ford Expedition SUV instead of Chevrolet Suburban, Honda Odyssey instead of Toyota Sienna, etc.
