Such content may be used exclusively on our social media accounts, website, and other digital media or internet platforms related to the company.
Participation in this type of content is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos, you may inform our team at any time. However, by booking with us and voluntarily posing for a photograph or video, you authorize Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, d/b/a Golden Ride Miami, to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such content for promotional and commercial purposes on the company’s social media accounts, website, internet, and other digital platforms, without any financial compensation of any kind.
You also acknowledge that, once the content has been published on social media, our website, or other digital channels, its complete removal from circulation may not be immediate or fully possible in all cases, especially if the content has already been viewed, shared, reposted, or otherwise distributed by third parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at any time you wish for us to remove a photograph or video published on our official social media accounts or digital platforms, you may submit a request directly to our team, and we will proceed to remove it from our official platforms within a reasonable period of time.
By making a reservation and voluntarily participating in promotional photographs or videos, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
