Yes. We require a 50% deposit for services under $199 USD, and 30% for services over $200 USD.
No. We don’t dispatch vehicles without a confirmed reservation. A deposit of at least 50% via secure payment link or Zelle transfer is required. The balance can be paid in cash on the day of service.

We’ll pick you up directly at the gate you exit from. Simply send us the gate number, and the driver will go to that point within minutes. This system is faster and more efficient. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, and your driver will be in contact with you at all times. If you prefer a meet and greet with a sign bearing your name, we can arrange this for an additional $20 fee.
The day before your service, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate number, along with curbside pickup instructions.
Don’t worry. We’ll contact you as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, we’ll go to the international arrivals area by default. Wait there if we haven’t been able to communicate. We’re in contact from the day before, and we never leave a passenger behind.

This is uncommon, as we offer up to 2 free hours of waiting from landing. However, if the wait exceeds this time, we may declare a no-show. In that case, we suggest requesting additional waiting time from the driver; a charge of $30 USD will apply for each additional 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver in cash.
Yes, our drivers provide basic assistance loading and unloading your luggage.
By default, we include standard luggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person). If you’re traveling with large items (extra suitcases, instruments, wheelchairs, strollers, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can assign the appropriate vehicle. Additional charges may apply.
Yes, as long as it’s a small pet traveling inside a closed kennel or carrier bag. You must inform us in advance.
Yes. We include one child seat for children under 5 years old at no additional cost. A second seat can be requested for $15 USD, with prior reservation.
Food is not allowed. Only water in bottles with secure caps is permitted, to maintain cleanliness for all passengers.
Unscheduled stops are not included, but a brief nearby stop can be arranged in advance. In this case, an additional charge may apply depending on the time required.

No. The price we quote you is the final amount. The only thing not included is the driver’s tip, which is optional but greatly appreciated.
