Choose the right plan for your group size and comfort level. Minimum booking: 5 hours.
Service zone: Coverage from Lincoln Road Mall and Dolphin Mall to PortMiami, extending north to Fort Lauderdale.
Your driver remains on standby throughout your booking, assisting with each stop. Extra time can be added if needed. Delays of 20+ minutes beyond your reserved time are billed as an additional full hour.
One child seat for children under 5 is provided free on request. Additional seats available for USD 15 each, subject to availability.
Cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

Our hourly chauffeur service requires a minimum of 5 hours. This ensures flexibility and comfort throughout your itinerary.
We do not offer fixed “drop-off and return” transfers for stadiums or concerts due to restricted access and road closures. For these events, service is booked by the hour (minimum 5 hours), covering drop-off, waiting, and return as needed.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Within 72 hours of the service, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Domestic flights: up to 1 hour free waiting.
International flights: up to 2 hours free waiting.
Hotels: 15 minutes of courtesy waiting.
Ports: up to 1 hour from the agreed pick-up time.
Yes. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up accordingly. Delays within the included waiting time will not incur extra charges.
Our standard procedure at airports is curbside pick-up. If you prefer a Meet & Greet inside arrivals with a sign, this service is available for an additional fee starting at USD 20.
Any additional time is billed by the full hour at the same hourly rate originally agreed.
No. We only charge by full hours. For example, if you use 4.1 hours, it will be rounded up to 5 hours.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests require at least 4 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Yes. We accept international reservations and payments. Confirmation is coordinated via WhatsApp or email.
During high-demand dates, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance. We can arrange multiple vehicles and contingency plans to account for heavy traffic.
Our standard coverage runs from Coral Gables (south) to Fort Lauderdale (north) and as far west as Doral / Dolphin Mall. Services beyond this area can be quoted separately.
Stops are unlimited within the contracted hours. The service includes fuel, tolls, and standard parking. Extra stops outside the route or extended waiting times may incur an additional charge.

Yes. The chauffeur will assist with loading and unloading your bags. For oversized items (musical instruments, wheelchairs, strollers), please let us know in advance to assign the right vehicle.

No. All vehicles are 100% smoke-free. A USD 250 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated.
Light snacks and beverages with lids are allowed. Heavy meals are discouraged. If the vehicle is soiled, a USD 50 cleaning fee will apply.
Small pets are welcome in a carrier. Service animals are always accepted at no extra cost. Larger pets must be coordinated in advance and may require a specific vehicle.
In Florida, child seats are not legally required in private chauffeur services, but we strongly recommend them. We provide 1 seat free of charge upon request; additional seats are available for USD 15 each.
All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after every service, following enhanced hygiene protocols.
Yes. To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit. This guarantees that both the vehicle and the driver are secured for the requested date and time. The balance can be paid in advance or on the day of service.
