At Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, we offer private group transportation across South Florida with modern, comfortable vehicles. Our fleet ranges from SUVs and vans to 20-passenger minibuses and large buses that can carry up to 54 people.
To begin your reservation, complete our quick contact form and include:
Date of service
Number of passengers
Pickup/drop-off addresses
Extra services (special luggage, route stops, etc.)
After confirming your quote:
For buses/minibuses, a 50% deposit secures your spot. Balance is due 7 days before your trip.
For vans/SUVs, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of travel.

We offer flexible and fair cancellation policies:
Cancel 30+ days before: 100% refund
Cancel 15–29 days before: 50% refund
Cancel 8–14 days before: 25% refund
Cancel 72 hours–7 days before: 10% refund
Cancel under 72 hours: No refund

Every reservation includes a grace period for delays:
International flights: 2 hours (check flight info)
Domestic flights: 1 hour
Cruise ports: 1 hour (see cruise details)
Hotel pickups: 15–20 minutes
Extra time is billed every 30 minutes:
SUVs: $30
Vans: $50
Minibuses: $100
Buses: $120
Time is tracked in 30-minute blocks after a 10-minute grace period.
To keep the ride safe and enjoyable:
Eating or drinking alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle is not allowed.
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
Any cleaning or damage repair due to passenger misconduct will be billed ($250 cleaning fee may apply).
Each passenger is allowed 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. If exceeded, an additional vehicle may be required.
Please make sure you have all belongings before exiting the vehicle. We are not responsible for items left behind.
Route changes or extra stops may have additional charges and depend on availability.
Please notify us of any changes to contact info or schedules at least 24 hours before the trip.
