With bilingual professional drivers and modern vehicles, your group travels safely and conveniently.

Complimentary Waiting Time

• International flights: 2 hours
• Domestic flights: 1 hour
• Cruise ports: 1 hour
• Hotels: 15–20 minutes

After the grace period, overtime is billed every 30 minutes:
SUVs: USD 30 | Vans: USD 50 | Minibuses: USD 100 | Buses: USD 120

What’s Not Included

• Driver gratuities (optional)
• Food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages onboard
• Smoking or vaping inside vehicles
• Cleaning or damage fees (USD 250 may apply)
• Extra stops or route changes outside the agreed plan

Booking & Cancellation Policy

How to Book

To request a quote, provide:

• Date of service
• Passenger count
• Pickup and drop-off addresses
• Special requests (luggage, stops, etc.)

Deposit Requirements

• Buses and minibuses: 50% deposit, balance due 7 days before service
• Vans and SUVs: 30% deposit, balance due on the day of travel

Cancellation Terms

• 30+ days before: 100% refund
• 15–29 days before: 50% refund
• 8–14 days before: 25% refund
• 72 hours–7 days before: 10% refund
• Less than 72 hours: no refund

Luggage Policy

• Each passenger: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on
• Excess baggage may require an additional vehicle
• Passengers are responsible for belongings left behind
