🚙 Standard Comfort Plan

  • Up to 6 passengers (Black SUV XL): USD 90/hour
  • Up to 10 passengers (Standard van): USD 100/hour
  • Up to 14 passengers (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter): USD 140/hour

✨ Executive Premium Plan

  • 1 to 6 passengers – Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator (Black Edition): USD 120/hour

Coverage: From Lincoln Road and Dolphin Mall to PortMiami and north to Fort Lauderdale.

How the Hourly Service Works

Book the number of hours you need. Your driver stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Need extra time? Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate. If delays exceed 20 minutes beyond the contracted end time, one full extra hour will apply.

1. What is the minimum booking time? ⏱️

Our hourly chauffeur service requires a minimum of 5 hours. This ensures flexibility and comfort throughout your itinerary.

2. Do you provide round-trip transfers for concerts, games, or large events? 🎟️

We do not offer fixed “drop-off and return” transfers for stadiums or concerts due to restricted access and road closures. For these events, service is booked by the hour (minimum 5 hours), covering drop-off, waiting, and return as needed.

3. What is your cancellation policy? ❌📆

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Within 72 hours of the service, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

4. How much waiting time is included at airports, hotels, and ports? ⏳

Domestic flights: up to 1 hour free waiting.

International flights: up to 2 hours free waiting.

Hotels: 15 minutes of courtesy waiting.

Ports: up to 1 hour from the agreed pick-up time.

5. Do you monitor flights and what happens if mine changes? 🛰️

Yes. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up accordingly. Delays within the included waiting time will not incur extra charges.

6. Do you offer Meet & Greet service (sign with my name)? 🙋‍♂️

Our standard procedure at airports is curbside pick-up. If you prefer a Meet & Greet inside arrivals with a sign, this service is available for an additional fee starting at USD 20.

7. How is overtime billed? ⏰

Any additional time is billed by the full hour at the same hourly rate originally agreed.

8. Do you charge by minutes or half-hours? ⌚

No. We only charge by full hours. For example, if you use 4.1 hours, it will be rounded up to 5 hours.

9. How far in advance should I book? 📅

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests require at least 4 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

10. Can I book from outside the United States? 🌍

Yes. We accept international reservations and payments. Confirmation is coordinated via WhatsApp or email.

11. How do you handle group transportation during peak events (Spring Break, Art Basel, Ultra)? 🚦

During high-demand dates, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance. We can arrange multiple vehicles and contingency plans to account for heavy traffic.

12. What is your service area? 🗺️

Our standard coverage runs from Coral Gables (south) to Fort Lauderdale (north) and as far west as Doral / Dolphin Mall. Services beyond this area can be quoted separately.

13. Are stops limited? Do rates include tolls and parking? 🔁

Stops are unlimited within the contracted hours. The service includes fuel, tolls, and standard parking. Extra stops outside the route or extended waiting times may incur an additional charge.

14. What types of vehicles are available? 🚘

We provide:

XL SUVs (up to 6–7 passengers)

Luxury Platinum SUVs (up to 6 passengers)

12- and 14-passenger vans

Minibuses (up to 20 passengers)

Coach buses (40–54 passengers)

15. Does the driver help with luggage? 🧳

Yes. The chauffeur will assist with loading and unloading your bags. For oversized items (musical instruments, wheelchairs, strollers), please let us know in advance to assign the right vehicle.

16. Can I bring extra or oversized luggage? 📦

Yes, but please inform us beforehand so we can ensure adequate vehicle capacity.

17. Is smoking allowed in the vehicle? 🚭

No. All vehicles are 100% smoke-free. A USD 250 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated.

18. Can I eat or drink inside the vehicle? 🥤

Light snacks and beverages with lids are allowed. Heavy meals are discouraged. If the vehicle is soiled, a USD 50 cleaning fee will apply.

19. Are pets allowed? 🐾

Small pets are welcome in a carrier. Service animals are always accepted at no extra cost. Larger pets must be coordinated in advance and may require a specific vehicle.

20. Are child seats mandatory? 👶

In Florida, child seats are not legally required in private chauffeur services, but we strongly recommend them. We provide 1 seat free of charge upon request; additional seats are available for USD 15 each.

21. What hygiene and cleanliness standards do you maintain? 🧼

All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after every service, following enhanced hygiene protocols.

22. Is a deposit required? 💳

Yes. To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit. This guarantees that both the vehicle and the driver are secured for the requested date and time. The balance can be paid in advance or on the day of service.
