We’ll pick you up directly at the gate you exit from. Simply send us the gate number, and the driver will go to that point within minutes. This system is faster and more efficient. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, and your driver will be in contact with you at all times. If you prefer a meet and greet with a sign bearing your name, we can arrange this for an additional $20 fee.
The day before your service, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate number, along with curbside pickup instructions.
Don’t worry. We’ll contact you as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, we’ll go to the international arrivals area by default. Wait there if we haven’t been able to communicate. We’re in contact from the day before, and we never leave a passenger behind.
