After we send you a quote and you approve it:

• Buses & minibuses: 50% deposit required. Remaining balance due one week prior to travel.
• SUVs & vans: 30% deposit required. Balance payable on the service day.

Cancellation Terms for Charter Bus Rentals

• Cancel 30+ days before: full refund
• 15–29 days before: 50% refund
• 8–14 days before: 25% refund
• 72 hours to 7 days before: 10% refund
• Less than 72 hours: no refund

Waiting Time Allowances

Included Grace Periods

Every reservation comes with waiting time based on the pickup location:

• International flights: Up to 2 hours (MIA international arrivals)
• Domestic flights: 1 hour
• Cruise terminals: 1 hour (see cruise lines)
• Hotels: 15–20 minutes

Extra waiting fees apply per 30 minutes:

• SUVs: USD 30
• Vans: USD 50
• Minibuses: USD 100
• Buses: USD 120

After the grace period ends, time is billed in half-hour blocks.

Passenger Guidelines Onboard

To keep all rides safe and pleasant:

• No meals or alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle (water permitted).
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
• Damage or excessive mess will incur cleaning/repair fees starting at USD 250.

Baggage Policy

• Standard allowance: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on per passenger. Extra luggage may require an additional vehicle.
• Please check your belongings carefully. We are not responsible for items left behind.

Trip Modifications

Changes must be requested in advance:

• Adding stops or altering routes may generate additional charges and must be approved beforehand.
• Update passenger details or schedule changes at least 24 hours in advance.
