📅 How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your service. During high seasons or weekends, the earlier you book, the better availability you’ll have.

🌐 Can I book from outside the United States?

Yes, you can book from any country. We accept international payments and offer customer service via WhatsApp and email for clients abroad.

⏳ Can I request a vehicle with just a few minutes' notice?

No. We operate exclusively by prior reservation. We require at least 4 hours’ notice, and same-day availability is not guaranteed.

🔐 Can I book with a deposit?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit for services under $199 USD, and 30% for services over $200 USD.

💵 Can I pay in cash upon arrival?

No. We don’t dispatch vehicles without a confirmed reservation. A deposit of at least 50% via secure payment link or Zelle transfer is required. The balance can be paid in cash on the day of service.

🚗 Do you only pick up at the airport?

We also offer pickups at hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What types of vehicles do you work with?

We work with SUV XLs for small groups, 12 and 14-passenger vans, and 40 to 54-passenger buses for events and large groups.

🎉 Do you offer service for weddings, events, or special occasions?

Yes! We provide transportation for weddings, conferences, VIP events, and more. Request a personalized quote.

📶 Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi or chargers?

Some vehicles have Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know if this is important for your trip, and we’ll assign the right vehicle.

👥 Can I share the service with another passenger?

No. All our services are private, exclusive to you or your group. We do not share vehicles with other passengers.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

Don’t worry. We monitor your flight in real-time and adjust the pickup time at no additional cost.

🔁 What if my flight number or airline changes?

Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll update your reservation and continue tracking your new flight details.

📍 Will someone be waiting with a sign at the airport?

We’ll pick you up directly at the gate you exit from. Simply send us the gate number, and the driver will go to that point within minutes. This system is faster and more efficient. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, and your driver will be in contact with you at all times. If you prefer a meet and greet with a sign bearing your name, we can arrange this for an additional $20 fee.

🚘 How will I identify the driver or vehicle?

The day before your service, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate number, along with curbside pickup instructions.

📞 What if I can't contact the driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll contact you as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, we’ll go to the international arrivals area by default. Wait there if we haven’t been able to communicate. We’re in contact from the day before, and we never leave a passenger behind.

⏱ How long will you wait while I clear immigration and collect my luggage?

Domestic flights: up to 1 hour from landing
International flights: up to 2 hours from landing
Hotel pickups: 15 minutes courtesy wait
Port pickups: up to 1 hour from the previously agreed time

⏳ What happens if I take more than 2 hours to exit the airport?

This is uncommon, as we offer up to 2 free hours of waiting from landing. However, if the wait exceeds this time, we may declare a no-show. In that case, we suggest requesting additional waiting time from the driver; a charge of $30 USD will apply for each additional 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver in cash.

👜 Will the driver help me with my luggage?

Yes, our drivers provide basic assistance loading and unloading your luggage.

📦 Can I bring extra or oversized luggage?

By default, we include standard luggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person). If you’re traveling with large items (extra suitcases, instruments, wheelchairs, strollers, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can assign the appropriate vehicle. Additional charges may apply.

🐾 Can I travel with my pet?

Yes, as long as it’s a small pet traveling inside a closed kennel or carrier bag. You must inform us in advance.

👶 Do you offer child seats?

Yes. We include one child seat for children under 5 years old at no additional cost. A second seat can be requested for $15 USD, with prior reservation.

🥤 Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?

Food is not allowed. Only water in bottles with secure caps is permitted, to maintain cleanliness for all passengers.

🚧 Can I make a quick stop along the way?

Unscheduled stops are not included, but a brief nearby stop can be arranged in advance. In this case, an additional charge may apply depending on the time required.

🕒 Can I change the pickup time after booking?

Yes, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance and there is availability at the new time.

💲 Do I need to pay any additional charges?

No. The price we quote you is the final amount. The only thing not included is the driver’s tip, which is optional but greatly appreciated.
