How to Get to Orlando from Miami Airport?

For transfers between 6:00 pm and 7:00 am a $20.00 surcharge applies for the special night service.

Bookings are valid for the specified date only.

For children under 5 years old, the first infant seat is free of charge. Additional seats are available for $20.00 each. Please request it at the time of booking to ensure availability, as we comply with legal requirements.

Our rates include fuel and standard tolls.

Payment Method: The payment is required in advance.

If you prefer to make a reservation with our representatives, you may send us a message or call us.

A 30% deposit in advance is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, and the remaining 70% must be paid in cash on the day of service.

For transfers from Orlando to Miami the full payment is required in advance, since our headquarters are located in Miami Beach.

The booking is valid for the specified date only.

We will be one or two people. Will it be the same price?

Please remember that we do not offer shared services from Miami to Orlando or vice versa.

The cost of this service is $500.00 for the entire family group, whether it is one, two, or up to five people.
If you travel alone or as a couple, you will pay the same amount, because it is the same travel time, the same vehicle, the same tolls, the same hourly driver rate, etc.

Can I pay in cash on the day I receive the service ?

No, we only work with confirmed bookings. We cannot mobilize vehicles and drivers without a real guarantee. However, we work with reservations with a 30% advance payment through a payment link. This way, you can pay the remaining balance in cash to the driver on the service day.

How long does the trip will take?

Travel time depends on the day’s traffic, time of day, weather conditions, etc.

The average time for a private trip from Miami to Orlando is 3 and a half hours, under normal conditions.

What happens if my flight is canceled, rescheduled, or delayed?

There’s nothing to worry about. We constantly monitor your flight and in the event of cancellations or delays, we will arrange for your driver to change the schedule and pick you up at the airport.

How long will you wait for me while I go through immigration and claim my luggage?

Our waiting time is the longest in the industry.
On domestic flights we wait up to 1 hour from the time your flight lands. Normally the passenger leaves within 30 minutes.
On international flights we wait up to 2 hours from the time your flight lands. Normally the passenger leaves within 60 minutes.
To drive you from your hotel to the airport, the waiting time is 15 minutes at the hotel. Normally the passenger is ready when we arrive.
It is important to clarify that our driver will be in contact with you a day before of the trip. We offer our service before your arrival.

Will you wait for me with a sign at the airport?

No, we work on a curbside basis. You can exit through any door of the airport and we will pick you up there in a few minutes. We have found this is be the best and fastest way to pick up our passengers at Miami Airport. Remember that Miami Airport offers free Wi-Fi and your driver will be in contact with you at all times.

Can we make stops?

Yes, there is a 15-minute stop during the trip. This way you can go to the bathroom, buy something to drink, eat, stretch your legs, etc.

Yes, as many as you need. However, the road to Orlando is first class, without so many curves; it has 3 lanes and offers a great experience to get to know the surroundings of South Florida.

What type of vehicle will I be traveling in?

Most of our vehicles are SUVs and minivans. They all have 3 rows of seats with 6 or 7 seats, plus luggage space, ensuring you a comfortable and safe journey.

We are 6 or 7 passengers, can we travel in an SUV vehicle?

Yes, but it depends on the amount of luggage you bring with you. If you are bringing carry-ons luggage only, you will be able to travel very comfortably in an XL SUV. Otherwise, we can gladly provide you with a quote for a 12 or 14 passenger VAN.
