Booking Process
a. Requesting a Quote:
To begin, please contact us through our online form with the following details:
Service date
Number of passengers
Pickup and drop-off locations
Special requirements (e.g., extra luggage, additional stops)
b. Confirming Your Reservation:
Upon accepting our quote:
For minibuses and buses: A 50% deposit is required to secure the vehicle. The remaining balance must be fully paid at least one week before the event.
For SUVs and vans: A 30% deposit is needed at the time of booking. The remaining amount can be settled on the day of the service, prior to departure.
Book a Miami Charter or Mini Bus Rental
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 30 days before the service: Full refund.
Between 29 and 15 days: 50% refund.
Between 14 and 8 days: 25% refund.
Between 7 days and 72 hours: 10% refund.
Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable.
Note: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the provider. Please review the specific terms at the time of booking.
Waiting Times for Transfers
We offer complimentary waiting times for our private transportation services:
International flights: Up to 2 hours from the scheduled landing time (check official info here)
Domestic flights: Up to 1 hour from the scheduled landing time.
Ports: Up to 1 hour from the scheduled arrival time (see cruise lines)
Hotels: Between 15 and 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
If the waiting time exceeds these limits, the following additional charges will apply for every extra 30 minutes:
SUVs: $30 USD
Vans: $50 USD
Minibuses: $100 USD
Buses: $120 USD
Note: After the initial 10 minutes beyond the complimentary waiting time, a full 30-minute charge will be applied. We operate in half-hour increments to ensure the availability and punctuality of our services.
Usage and Conduct Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers:
Food and Beverages: Consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not permitted inside the vehicles. Bottled water is allowed.
Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
Damages and Cleaning: Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers is the client’s responsibility and will incur repair costs. Additionally, a $250 USD fee will be charged for special cleaning if the vehicle is misused.
Luggage and Personal Belongings
Luggage Capacity: Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity. Typically, one checked suitcase and one carry-on per passenger are allowed. Exceeding this may require arranging an additional vehicle at the corresponding cost.
Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicles. Please ensure you have all your items before concluding the service.
Reservation Modifications and Changes
Itinerary Changes: Any route modifications or additional stops requested during the service may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.
Information Updates: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and updated information at the time of booking. Any changes to contact details, schedules, or service specifics must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
