No, we operate under the Curbside pickup model. You exit through any door and we will pick you up at that door in a few minutes. We have found that this is the quickest and safest method for our passengers. Remember that Miami airport offers free Wi-Fi and our driver will be in contact with you at all times.
We only work with confirmed bookings. We cannot mobilize vehicles and drivers without a real guarantee. However, we work with reservations with a 30% down payment through a payment link. This way, you can pay the remaining balance in cash to the driver on the day of the service.
*For trips from Naples to Miami, we require 100% payment, because our vehicles depart from Miami Beach.
We do not provide cars in a few minutes. We only work with bookings for private SUVs and minivans. You can make a reservation during the day with at least 4 hours in advance. It will be a pleasure to serve you
There’s nothing to worry about. We will reschedule the trip for you if it is due to your flight, and we will arrange with your driver to change the reschedule and meet you at the airport.
